What is Socio-Labor Arraigo?
It is a residence permit that Spain grants you if you prove that you already have a place in the labor market, either because you have worked before or because you have a contract ready to start.

Before getting into the work aspect, make sure you meet these basic regulatory requirements:
Non-EU
Not having nationality from an EU country, Switzerland, or the EEA.
Background
Clean background in Spain and countries where you lived during the last 5 years.
Legal Status
Not be applying for asylum or be barred from entry.

Specific Requirements
Years in Spain
Good news! They used to require 3 years, but now with just 2 years of continuous residence, you can apply.
- Padrón (registry) or proof of stay
- Asylum time does not count (Red Card)
Work Connection
Show that you have a place in the market:
If you have already worked:
Minimum 6 months (even if irregular) with judicial resolution or Inspection report.
If you have a new contract:
Minimum 20h/week, proportional SMI (minimum wage) and minimum duration of one year.
